Synopsis
This 30,000 sq. ft.
addition to the Mayfair Shopping Centre contains a rooftop parking level
with provision for an additional future level.
The requirement for fast–track construction led to the selection of a composite
steel roof structure supported on steel frames. The building is founded on steel
pilings with a structural slab on grade. |
