Synopsis
A fifteen storey
concrete flat plate building with three levels of underground
parking. The finished floor area is 150,000 square feet. The design of
the flat plate facilitated a 3 day floor–to–floor construction cycle.
The entire concrete structure was completed in 28 weeks.
