Synopsis
This 100,000 square feet hotel is six storeys with an additional storey incorporating the mansard roof. The flexibility of load–bearing steel stud construction is illustrated in the tradional chateau style of architecture. The building structure includes a five storey load–bearing steel stud design supported by a one storey reinforced concrete podium floor. The design incorporates a joistless deep deck design that spans between suite party walls.
