Synopsis
This 170,000 sf, five
storey load–bearing steel stud building contains 100,000 square feet of underground
parking. The complex is mixed–use, and houses retail, office, and residential
space. The structure utilizes three–and–a–half stories of load–bearing steel
studs supported by a concrete retail podium floor on underground parking.
