Synopsis
This contemporary architectural office building utilizes wood frame construction. The 2 storey structure contains 10,000 square feet of office space. Exterior walls are load–bearing wood frame shear walls, covered with an industrial appearance steel cladding. Significant savings were realized for the owner by utilizing wood as the principal structural material in the building. |
